Wow! What an amazing scene. Beautiful light and shadow!
Looks like a film of Lynch or nour film.
This image is hypnotic, very pleasing to the eye. At least for me
simple yet thought provoking
I really like the atmosphere in this piece.
the fuzzy thing in the for ground does not help this piece.
what the camera used?
a speed graphic - an old camera from the 40s or 50s
What is it about a Speed Graphic loaded with 4x5 sheet film that makes an image even more special than it already is? This is a stunning image, regardless of the method or medium used to capture it. The light, the composition and the perfect exposure all combine to provide the viewer with a true work of art. Images like this one make me want to take out my Speed Graphic again. Wonderful work!
the colours and scene reminds me works of Gregory Crewdson, nicely done!
amazing, so inspiring
This is a great shot but what is that in the foreground?
thanks... I wanted to add a little distance to the scene - and so had some items on the table just in front of the camera - hoping that they would completely blur out adding this extra distance... unfortunately they are not as blurry as had I hoped for
Wow, the subdued cool colours of the room, the nice warm light from the window falling on the model and the soft focus feel of the photo, almost like a snapshot from a dream sequence. I really like it, nice composition too.
